dual booted before but now windows can't be booted

i had windows 10 installed, then dual booted fedora in another partition of hard disk. but now windows didn't show up during boot. there was no grub interface as well. I tried to reinstall windows in c by formatting the windows partition but what i got was, after finishing the installation process, it comes back to initial phase of installation. i ve attached the image. Then i formatted the whole hard disk hoping that would solve the problem, but still no luck. The installation files are copied in hard disk as i can see 8-9 gb are used while trying to reinstall the windows. i am not sure but i think fedora did sth that doesn't let windows to boot. But again i had formatted the whole drive but still same prob.

what procedure/instruction did you use to dual boot fedora?

Procedure i used was, i had a partition ready to install fedora other than windows partition, then i deleted that partition and started installation following automatically configure partitioning.
