E6400 won't connect via WiFi or Ethernet?

Hi, I have a Dell latitude e6400 that has XP SP2. I cannot seem to figure out how to connect to the internet in any way at all. I am thinking that in the process of installing XP, that I lost a driver and need one? If that is the case, what driver(s) should I get for it? I need help ASAP. Thanks!

If you reinstall Windows you will need to reinstall the drivers, no exceptions.

You need to install the network drivers (LAN & WLAN) from the Dell website which serves your country.
