Edges of display won't show

I have a 2003 Panasonic pt-53wx53g that is use for playing ps4. The TV only has a dvi input so I have to run an HDMI to dvi cable which works great other than the edges of the display being cut off. I have the display area shrunk as far as it goes on the ps4 and there's no way to change the display area on the TV..

Your TV is over scanning which is normal on most TVs. The service manual should tell you how to adjust for this if there is no setting in the TV menu.
