Editing video from SD card

Hello,I recentry bought a panasonic Full HD Video Camera which uses an SD card but cant edit with Adobe CS5.During play back Videos are hanging why?Mukonko Maybin-Zambia-Chingola

Copy video to hard drive and edit the copy. Reading from a hard drive is much faster than reading from a card so it should solve the hanging issue.

phil22 is right, copy the files to a hard drive before attempting to edit. When working in Premiere Pro it indexes the files and does some conversion of the files. Your SD card will lack the space necessary to effectively edit in Premiere or any other component of the CS5 suite.
