Email config via SMS

Hi,

Quick question just hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Is there a way to push out email configuration to user mobile phones via SMS, much like network providers would do?

We are moving our infrastructure over to O365 and unfortunately have to manually point every users mobile phone to the O365 server. I'm sure in the past there has been a way to simply send a text to the user and it automatically configures the email settings on their mobile phone.

I've never seen any phone that can be configured from a text.
