EMERSON TV + GeForce 1050 TI ---- HDMI Port won't recognize the connection to my PC.

I've tried 3 different cords and ports in all combinations. They all work with my PS4, but show nothing with my PC.

Again, TV is an Emerson LC320EMX and the graphics card is NVidia GeForce 1050 TI.

Edit: I also tried the same PC and cord on a different monitor and it works fine.
Edit 2: I can't do duo monitor set up yet because my graphics card only has 1 HDMI port.

TV resolution is 1366 x 768. If the video card is set higher than this you won't get a picture. Set the HDMI output to this or 1280x720 as the next best choice.

Reso was set on 1366 x 768 already. I set it to 1280 x 720. Still no change.
