Encore HD-- nothing but trailers

What's up with Encore HD?...both East and West feeds show 'Off Air' in IPG,
and have nothing but ads for upcoming shows airing now. Darn it!, the
reception problems I've been having for a year or more just cleared up last
month....and now they quit showing movies!
