Enough to get rid of a password threat?

So I accidentally downloaded a SSFN file called SteamGuard.EXE. Since then I have reset my PC, downloaded Zemana for protection against key-loggers, ran scans with Hitman Pro and Malwarebytes. Then I changed all my passwords and the email affiliated with my Steam account just to make sure. Is that enough to stop the SSFN file getting into my Steam account?

I also use use Windows 8 if that helps at all.
