Error 43, Nvidia card not working

I was playing a game of league of legends when suddenly my game starts freezing and the sound starts to get very distorted, then my computer crashes and i start it again, i try rejoining my game but i notice im using my integrated graphics instead of my Geforce 770m, i have already uninstalled my drivers and reinstalled them serveral times but there is no change, whenever i uninstall the card from device manager and rescan hardware my screen goes completely black (no mouse).
please help.
i have a MSI GT70 laptop.
i have since upgraded to windows 10, which fixed nothing.

Reset windows 10 but nothing changed, the device manager is still telling me that NVidia card 770m is having issues and has error 43, does anyone know if my card is just not working or is this a driver problem?
