Facebook games not loading on new pc.

How do I get Facebook games to load on my laptop running IE 10 for Windows 7. It used to work but then I followed instructions to clean up and after it stopped. I don't remember what it was or what I did and I did not make a cut-off so that I could undo what I did. It is on my pc not Facebook since these exact games work on another pc. Games just sit there with the hourglass trying to load, but never moving past that point. I am sure there is something that needs to be switched on/off open/closed but I don't know what or where to start looking.

Have you updated your Adobe Flash player to the newest version? You may also want to make sure to update to the newest Java version.
