Facebook on edge browser causes PC slowdown?

Guys I'm having a bit of a problem because I don't know why when opening Facebook with browser on Edge, it seems to slow down my PC. I don't know why but I've checked my memory usage but it's only used 50% of my available memory. Not sure why a slowdown occurs though. P.s. I'm on battery saver mode with Intel Core i7-7500U CPU which I noticed was utilizing 20% of its processing capability. Is it because of battery saver mode? I'm using Dell Inspiron 14 7460 by the way.

Try a better browser. Firefox from www.mozilla.org will improve things. You can import your history and Favourites which wll become Bookmarks in Firefox.

Remember to change the Default from Edge to Firefox.
