find out which system recovery disc needed for toshiba c660-115

hi i had a virus in my toshiba c660-115 sattelite i restored it to factory settings it completed the restore but i stopped it during updates been added as it was getting very late at night.. When i turned on next day all i get is black screen with press ctrl+alt+del to restart but it just goes back to the same screen.. I no its a problem with my OS but which recovery disc would i need? Toshiba or Windows recovery disc? Cheers any help needed

You need a set of Toshiba recovery discs as that includes all the correct drivers as well as the OS.
You could (and should) have made a set yourself when the laptop was working okay (there's a Toshiba utility in Windows which performs that task).

If you didn't make a set, you can order them from Toshiba for most models depending on how old the model is:

thanks for the answer philip,, my cousin fixed the windows driver ive windows up and running,, but everyting associated with toshiba is missing all the toshiba utilitys i"ll have a look on the european toshiba link u sent ,,, cheers pal

Recovery discs from Toshiba would have avoided that, they contain all the correct drivers & the Tosh utilities. Plus you would have the discs for future use if required again.
