Firefox won't start at all

When i click on the icon there is a small circle like loading and then nothing at all. i tried all the steps from mozilla official page and nothing Works. i tried everything and nothing Works. I installed Chrome and things were even funnier. not a single Internet video Works and chrome crashes in 10 seconds. What should i do? I use win7. and mozilla died. Thank you

have you tried starting Firefox in safe mode? Not Windows Safe Mode.

at the command prompt type one of the following:
firefox -safe-mode
"C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode
