Flash Player trouble!

Hello, I've been having a problem recently with my flash player.

The problem happens when I'm watching a video on Youtube and I change the quality to anything else besides the default quality. The video will turn all black and stop playing, not even the little gear icon will begin to spin at all, the video just stops until I refresh the page.

I've tried uninstalling firefox/nightly and flash player but nothing fixes it so far.

My problem is fixed now. What I did was run CCleaner ("cleaner" option to delete cookies/other junk) and it fixed my youtube/flash player problem. I'm pretty sure I could have just solved it by cleaning cookies manually but I already had this software so i used it.
