flashing a custom kernel

I don't know how to find a custom kernel for a device whether it is xda forum or anywhere else. Also i couldn't find any custom rom for my device. Its intex aqua y2 pro. Now how can i overclock it.

if it is not a widely used device then developers usually wont bother coding for it. it also looks like it is specifically for non-US markets so a US DEV site won't usually carry a ROM for it.
