Fps Drop in every game pls help me !!

Hello, and sorry for my bad English.

Yesterday I put the DVD inside my laptop (HP Pavilion dv6) for re-install my windows 7 and then it started doing some strange voices, like something is stuck in the fan. After I installed windows 7 I updated every driver, then I entered Euro Truck Simulator 2, my fps was 70-80 at the first, then it suddenly dropped to 10-15 and then I entered GTA V which I played with medium graphics at 30-45 fps before and now I can get 10 fps. Please help me. I don't understand very much from PC's.

I gave my laptop to the service at the moment. I can't answer your question but i think the temperatures were normal.
