Fraps files are too big

I am using fraps to record my SkrimSE gameplay, but my two 30 minutes episodes are 80 GB, I am unable to do anything with them, is thier any way to compress each 40 GB video videos down to 2 GBs or less?

If you are confused, I have two 30 min videos,
Vid 1 = 40 GBs
Vid 2 = 40 GBs
Vid 1 and 2 = 80 GBs

Yes, but not with FRAPS. You'll need to use another program (eg. Handbrake or Vidcoder) to convert them into another format after recording. You could also record with something else that allows higher levels of compression.
