It keep saying No bootable device-- insert boot disk and press any key, but i dont have no disk 4 it i dont know wat to do now can u please help me

no, I cant get into it at all it keeps saying the same thing over n over, I been up all nite trying by pressing the f2 key but nothing it keeps telling me to insert boot disk that I don't have 4 this pc
