Free Recovery cd download Toshiba C655D-S5337

I am in desperate need for a recovery cd for my Toshiba Satellite C655D-S5337 that has Windows 7 and it's a 64 bit, I've tried for the longest to do a successful backup on my pc but it NEVER finishes correctly and I recently found Toshiba Recovery Media Creator but it doesn't work either

The only legitimate way to get recovery disks is to get them from Toshiba via their customer support. This system should have shipped with a recovery partition already installed.

Page 64 of the manual (found below, first item listed) will walk you through how to access the factory image. Keep in mind, this will wipe your current installation.
