Solved! Fujitsu U9200 troubleshooting

Hello,
I am using Fujitsu Esprimo U9200 with WD Scorpio (SATA1) Hard Disk. When I'm trying to install WinXP SP3 as my O/S, I've received an error saying "Unknown device" although in BIOS the hard disk was detected as 120GB SATA1. What should I do?

Check out WD's website and see if there is a firmware update for the HDD. If there is, grab it and install the firmware in the XP set up.

You may also need to install SATA drivers with Windows XP - they should be on Fujitsu's site.
