Galaxy Y screen port damaged, what do ?

I was trying to open Galaxy Y when I accidentally broke 3 small silicon cones of the port that connects to the ribbon cable of the LCD. Now the screen has gone white. Is there is way to replace those three cones ? How much is the cost of a new PCB ?
