What exactly are you asking? If you are looking for a free DVD burning program, here:

If the file you are trying to burn is .rma which I think is the standard Real Player format for music, you are only going to be able to play those files on Real Player. If it is .mp3 or .wmv those are more or less universally supported file types and will play on most digital audio devices. You can burn any of them to a DVD, the question is if the device you want to use supports the format.
