Gigabyte 970A-UD3P unlock??

this motherboard came out in august 2013 and i can't find any helpful reviews or forums on it,(rev. 1.0) F1 BIOS First release, there are no other BIOS update yet, so i cant Flash it, i have a FX 4350, my problem is that my motherboard seems to be locked, i can CPU unlock and enable it but thats about it for the CPU settings, i still can't change any settings, anything that dont have to deal with the CPU i can change, i dont know if there is a step i am missing or you just can't overclock the CPU in BIOS ??

I am having the same problem but the -/+ does nothing for me as I cant select the CPU settings. The CPU settings are faded out for me. I am sure all it takes is a simple setting change I am missing. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a FX 6300 Vishera which is unlocked and fully capable of over clocking.
