Gigabyte Z97x-SLI SpeedFan

Can anyone tell me why only my gpu fans are showing up in speedfan? I have another 4 fans plugged into my motherboard, none of which seem to be showing up. I have some fan control options in the bios so it's not like the mobo can't control them.

I'm using SpeedFan 4.49 by the way.
