Mine were included. It's just a CSS/JS make over, they didn't do proprietary stuff, so if you use a modern browser, you should be ok.
I tested in:
Vista 64 bit: Chrome, IE7, both worked fine.
Ubuntu 8.04 32 bit: FireFox 3, Opera 9.6, both worked fine.
Leopard: Latest patched Safari, also worked fine. (Chrome and Safari render pages incredibly similar, so most stuff coming from Google will be Safari friendly).
I didn't particularly like the themes, but I guess some people like color. I did choose a different one (but non-graphical, just different colors). Some of the graphical one made some things hard to read.
