Good studio grade headphones with mic?

I'm a producer and i am looking for some good high quality sounding headphones with a mic that i could use for gaming and for my production for under 250USD. Any suggestions?

how important is the microphone quality?
do you want open or closed cans?
if you do not have the first question - is that on this budget or seperate budget?
what kind of sound signature are you looking for from the headphones?

I do not have any advanced equipment yet such as DACs or soundcards yet and i don't really plan on getting any unless i am in need of them. Microphone quality doesn't have to be the best just good enough so there is little to no distortion. I like closed cans.
