Need assistance with Google account. I cannot access it as I forgot password. The account is still active on my cell phone as I can access videos and gmail there.
However, when i try to access on my tablet and home computer, I cannot. The blue screen keeps coming up asking me for my password which I can' remember.
I even phoned Google in Montreal with no one calling me back.
So I had to set up another account on my home computer to access google play, and google drive.
Any assistance would be much appreciaed.
