[GOOGLE CHROME] Cant get a secure connection

i have this problem on my tablet as well.
When i go to sites i rarely get a secure connection. Here are some of the sites i cant get a secure connection to

TomsHardware
Ebay
Newegg
Youtube--see more about this below
my online school site
socialclub.rockstargames

Youtube is funny, on desktop it works perfectly, yet on my tablet the connection is secure but when i hit play it goes away

It depends on the site. Toms doesn't encrypt, so you'll never do it. Ebay, amazon, until you goto a cart or to checkout, you won't either. Nothing is wrong, mine looks the same as yours.

Google Chrome can't access a secure web page:
1. Control Panel
2. Internet Options
3. LAN Settings
4. Toggle Automatically detect settings
5. OK
6. OK
Repeat steps 2 to 6 one time
Check to make sure a secure site can be accessed.
