Google Chrome EVERYTHING delayed...everything!!!

Brand new state of the art laptop windows 8... excellent internet conncetion.... everything about chrome is delayed.... when i type in email or search etc can take 30-45 seconds for the type to appear on the screen. Deleting emails takes just as long or longer... webpages load without any problem... realy frustrtaing an email that should take exactly 15 seconds to send turns into 3-4 minutes! Ideas?

try another browser to see if it's a specific problem with chrome or something else (firefox for example or https/i.imgflip.com/h5j1k.jpg )

Go to chrome/flags and disable Experimental QUIC protocol. Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, Android.
