Google Chrome using 60% of CPU without opening it ? (HELP)

Hi, after i turn on my laptop, without opening any program, i check task manager and every time there are alot of chrome processes opened, i always have 2 at 30% Cpu usage.
Can someone help me fix this, i have reinstalled chrome and its still happening.

Try disabling all the add on's. Usually even after an uninstall and reinstall all the previous settings have been saved. Just to double check it's chrome and not some spamware try using Malwarebytes free version. You can download it HERE
