What is more beneficial, a GTX 770 with 24GB of RAM, or 32 GB of RAM and a lower end GPU. This is all purely for video editing with Premiere Pro and some After Effects, any help would be appreciated. Also, this will all be paired with an overclocked FX-8370E.

That's not the full gpu list. You want to go to adobe for that and you can add almost any nvidia gpu not on the list.

But premiere and ae are completely different monsters. Ae doesn't have as much gpu acceleration so more ram would help there. That also helps in prem but that has mpe that will help render time with a better gpu.

You'd actually be better off going with an i7. A better cpu will help either more than ram or gpu would.
