Gtx 980m sli vs 980

Hello i am purchasing a gaming laptop andi have the option to either get 980m sli or a 980 put into it. The monitor only refreshes at 60hz would it be worth getting the sli or just go for the 980?

Refresh rate isn't as important so much as resolution, that being said, I'd go with the single 980. SLI doesn't translate in all games, so where it doesn't come into play you might be disappointed, whereas the 980 might be slower than the 980m SLI (I don't know which benches faster or on what games), but it's gonna work with every game.
