Having Problems with Laptop graphics driver/ laptop. (HELP)

I have installed the Graphics driver of AMD catalyst driver 14.4 package (I have not installed 14.9 because it issues with windows 8.1 pro) and then also it is not enabling my Graphics card to run..It comes only Catalyst control centre and not switchable graphics options and in the centre all I get is Hydra vision. I have clean installed my graphics driver then also it's not running. PLEASE HELP. My specs:-

HP Pavilion G4 1033tx

1. Intel i5 2410m @ 2.3ghz Dual core

2. AMD radeon 6470M

3. RAM 8 GB DDR3

4. Windows 8.1 pro

You should only use the graphics drivers (and any other laptop drivers for that matter) supplied by HP for your laptop model on their website. Furthermore, Windows 8/8.1 is not supported on that model, only Windows 7 - - see this driver page:

You should have checked that page for available drivers before upgrading the OS.

But the driver was working fine on 8.1 pro 64 bit but then something happened...And blue screen and black screen appeared then I put it on safe mode and deleted every display driver from device manager and then Iaptop worked.
