hdmi hub for basic TV setup.

Hello,

Am in need of a HDMI hub for my TV and devices.

I have a basic Tecknika branded TESCO TV (22") it has a single HDMI socket
I have a XBox 360 E
NowTV Box
Freeview HD+ Box (now this has 2 HDMI inputs, but when i play the xbox through it, it loses the DHCP link thingy)

they all use HDMI

I have read up on the hubs but I don't' know what i need it's all confusing.
the NowTV box does not turn off it's on standby all the time (no power button)

I have about 30-40pounds to spend.

It autodetects when a device is turned on and also has a remote control has worked fine with Sky,Freeview,computer and consoles.
