HDMI on my Sony tv not working. Need video to HDMI for blue ray.

I have a Sony TV that was wired for HDMI but the HDMI doesn't work the video in works well how do I go from a blue ray that is HDMI to the video in, I mean do I have to have a converter box? it is working with my cable box and Wii without one..

You might be able to find such a box, but it might not work with each and evey BlyRay movie due to HDCP copy protection technology.

How your cable box / Wii are connected to the TV?
