Solved! HDTV for PC issues.

Today I got a 22inch hisense hdtv which I am using for my pc. I am connecting it via vga and am getting terrible color quality and the text is so blurry it makes my eyes hurt. I think the problem is I am not using a HDMI cord but I can get one tommorow if need be. I have also messed around with the DPI but that did next to nothing.

Try reinstalling the video drivers or use a spare VGA cable if you have one. Otherwise the HDMI cable should do the trick.
