Hearing Aid integration

I grieve the loss of my Galaxy smartphone. I switched to an iPhone simply because it connects via blue tooth to my hearing aids, without an auxiliary device. Does anyone know if Samsung is ever going to provide that programming? I would love to switch back to Galaxy. Stan

Actually, I have discussed it at length with an "entry-level" product support person, who said he was passing it on. I don't know how to escalate the request higher in the company. I just know that there must be more Galaxy sales lost to Apple for the same reasons. If all they need to do is add a little programming, it would seem worthwhile.

When you call in, ask to speak to a higher tech. If they try to get out of it or try to get you to redo things with them, ask for a supervisor.
