HELP! Dell Latitude E7450 laptop says it is plugged in and not charging.

Dell Latitude E7450 laptop says it is plugged in and not charging.

I have put in 2 batteries that are not officially from Dell, but are "compatible" batteries from Amazon and that both did not work. I also then bought a new original OEM charger and battery and I still get the same problem.

Any help provided on this would be greatly appreciated as this laptop has wasted many hours for me and caused me a great deal of stress.

Could be the charging circuit is damaged. This may well require the motherboard then be replaced.
