Help I have lg tv and old Sony reciver,how I put stereo sound on we fire stick

Need help conet fire stick two lg tv and old Sony receiver

Without model number we can't know what connections you have on the TV and receiver.
The Firestick plugs into one of the TV HDMI inputs.
The audio output of the TV connects to an input on the receiver. Depending on what kind of outputs the TV has and what kind of inputs the receiver has you may need a converter to connect them. If the TV has a headphone jack that will connect to any receiver but won't give you the best sound unless it's your only option.
