Hi I have AMD A6 6310 (1.8ghz quadcore) with 4gb RAM, 500gb mem, windows 8.1, 64-bit OS, x64 based processor and 2gb video card (ATI Jet Pro). But sadly it takes 15secs or so to open my chrome browser same when I'm opening a file folder. I jut bought this one last december 2014
Is this because of windows 8.1 takes much of my RAM? do I need to boost my 4gb RAM to 8gb?
I have set my settings to best performance already but works just the same. My free memory 329 out of the 500gb.
I can't see the quad core work. It's like I'm just running on 1.8ghz but I can see that there are four processors when I check the device manager.
