Help me get the best CPU and GPU for my LapTop

I have a MSI GT780DX (https/www.msi.com/Laptop/GT780DXGT780DXR.html#hero-overview)

Has a i7-2670QM 2.20GHz CPU

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570M

And was wondering what is the best CPU and GPU I can put in this rig.

Very unlikely that you can upgrade a laptop. The CPU and GPU and soldered to the motherboard.

The laptop in my sig is based on the same chassis, and neither the CPU or GPU are soldered to the motherboard. I'm guessing his aren't either. 😀

I THINK the GTX 580M (Fermi Architecture) is the highest you can go GPU-wise.
