Help my Asus laptop froze up after doing a complete reset, it will not let me do anything, i cant even turn it off.

I was resetting my laptop and after it finished the choose an option screen came up and froze, it won't let me do anything, the keys won't work either.

Resetting as in doing a factory reset? Why did you have to do that? Was it having issues prior to you doing this? Holding in the power button does not power it down?

OK, hold in the power button to turn it of, see if it will complete the setup. If not, try a restore again.

I tried everything, I held the power button down, it won't turn off. None of the keys seem to be working either.

It's fixed now. I had to let the battery completely die. And turn it back on with it plugged up
