Help, POST, Toshiba p500-15e

Dear friends
I have a Toshiba Satellite p500-15e having a french keyboard (I bought it in france).
I decided to turn on the "Speed Boot " in its BIOS config and now when I restart I see
no access to F2 (for BIOS config) nor to F12 (Boot Menu) .
I'm in real problem. Can someone help me plz.

Im pretty sure that's what Speed Boot is intended for, not displaying the prompts to access the bios or boot menu, thus making the boot into the OS faster.

As soon as the computer turns on, u need to repeatedly start pressing the key to enter either bios or boot menu
