Help Selecting Tablet for my Grandfather

Soo my grandfather wants to make the switch from a laptop to a 2 in 1 or tablet. Hes only used windows on his computers. My grandmother has a small cheap android tablet they have all kinds of issues with.

He just wants something to check his bank accounts, email, amazon, facebook (for family) maybe youtube and Netflix. Also some camping apps like finding good gas prices (gas buddy, and dump sites). But wants good quality to last long. On a budget especially considering the uses he has in mind. Money isnt a huge issue, he just doesnt want or need bells and wistles, just something that is light, convenient, easy to use, and takes care of his needs.This is just for when hes on vacations he has a desktop at home hes happy with.

I was thinking android would be better for price and they have apps for gas buddy and his camping services. But what good does that do if he has problems using it.. Hes 72 years old. Apple maybe... but they are outrageous on prices.

What would you recommend ?

There are tablets that run on Windows. That aren't insanely expensive, as many are. Here are a few you can look into...
