Hey my laptop when I reboot I unfortunately switched off so it's not windowa and keeps on restarting and I don't have a flash

I am not having any flash drive or CD drive plzz help me
So plzz help me to correct my lap and how to start windowa

Need full details about what is happening, Windows can't load? Need full details about what is happening when you turn the computer on, when it crashes, any error messages, what comes up on the screen, etc.. You will probably need the setup media to run a repair setup or a full setup, or use the restore partition to wipe it to factory defaults and restore you files from backup.
