Hi please someone help me to understand the problem with sony vaio.I bought a Sony vaio E series laptop 1.6 yrs back .So far ,its working well and good.But nw its seems to be very slow in responding.

Recently I had a problem with my net connection.On the problem my google chorme got crashed,and there was a transition happened from Google chrome page to IE.And immediatey it reflected in blank screen.After seeing this I have restared my lappy.

What could be went wrong??Is the problem with the motherboard???

It's possible that the OS has been somehow corrupted or simply bloated. I would just backup any important data, then re-install Windows.
