Hooking up non-HDMI receiver with new HDTV and HD cable box

Need to hook up Sharp HDTV LC70LE640U with HD cable box to older Yamaha RX-V520 receiver without HDMI

TV has optical audio output (next to antenna input)
Receiver has optical audio input.
Check the manuals on both how to configure each to work.
