How can i convert a RTV file to realvideo????

i have it on my PC thanks to DVA...
but i need to REALLY REALLY compress it...
so it can be viewed on line.

Its me, on a TV news clip.

p.s. i have the permission of the cable station!

Well... Depending on the RTV recording setting it may need nothing more
than Real's conversion tool. Though Real passes out the players free,
they charge for the file creator.

Or you need a friend who has the necessary file conversion tools

For safety... I would suggest burning to DVD or VCD (depending on clip
length) till you can get it converted

If you want to eliminate the need for conversion software, I think you
can take the A/V output from the RTV and run it into an inexpensive A/V
to USB converter to your PC and burn it to disk.

Bruce he'd still need the software to convert it to REALplayer codec

That is the converter I'm speaking of... I don't care how you get it
into your computer (and I do have the ability to transfer video analog
to my computer, cost me fifty bucks less rebate for one computer, free
on the other one) but I do not have the real-video encoder.

He's already got it on his computer as a MPEG file
