how can i get tv witout modem or internet access

Can't afford cable & have a laptop but no internet access. No HDTV but its digital. How can I watch just regular channels if I can?? Help!!

You'd need to utilize an external TV Tuner card. Need more info (laptop model, your country of origin) before we can get more specific.
