To record over the air programs you can buy an external tuner with DVR functions. There are cheap ones and expensive ones (Tivo or Channel Master). You can also use a PC tuner and record programming on it
You can't record from the TV since there is no video output. Amazon Prime is on demand so no point in time shifting. If you want to steal the programming you can just download them online.
